Exploring the World of Homeopathy
Our school opened its doors to a topic that connects tradition, experience, and a contemporary view of health – the world of homeopathy. The program was led by homeopath Zdenka Srodzinski, who has long been active in the field of complementary medicine and focuses on an individualized approach to clients.
For children, an interactive program was prepared with the goal of introducing them to the origins of this approach, its basic principles, and how it is applied in practice. The session combined explanations with hands-on experiences. The children learned about the historical context of homeopathy and then had the opportunity to try out many things themselves. They stepped into the role of little homeopaths, observing, experimenting, and learning to ask questions. Curiosity, spontaneous reactions, and the joy of discovery were all part of the experience. The practical part allowed them to view health from a new perspective and to develop skills in focused observation and independent thinking.
At the same time, a session for parents took place, during which Zdenka shared her personal journey with homeopathy. She spoke about her own experiences with its support in addressing chronic issues and about the ways this approach can be sensitively combined with modern medicine. The open discussion provided space for sharing, questions, and deeper reflection on an individualized approach to health.
