ZUZANA JUNGMANOVA , MgA
Director
Zuzana
is an artist with more than 10 years experience. She has a long-standing interest in creative activities and working with bilingual children. In October 2007, she established the Czech School without Borders, London: originally just as a small arts club for Czech-speaking pre-school children. In 2009, it became awider international project with branches in London, Paris, Berlin, Munich, Brussels and Zurych. In her work, Zuzana explores new possibilities in textile design and interconnecting of fragile details naturally to the material and theme. She searches for new inner links and follows sensitive processing of these in both 2D and 3D.

BLANKA JAURISOVA
Head teacher (Czech School)
Blanka studied Master’s Degree at Charles University in Prague in Czech language and literature and she spent 5 months studying Slavic cultures in Germany as well. Before she came to London she used to work as an editor for a Czech publishing house so she has deep knowledge of Czech language and many practical experiences. However she was always keen on working with children. She has been collaborating with a Czech non-profit organization organising Summer camps for children as a leader and program supervisor for more than eight years. As a teacher she is convinced that everyone has got a special talent and her task is to help every pupil to discover it.

PAVLA YEATS
Teacher (Czech School)
Born in Prague, Czech Republic in 1967. After graduating from Charles University, gaining degree in Teaching and Art, begun working as a journalist. Started on Radio 1 and then worked for MF Dnes (a national newspaper). In 1994 became a news reporter for the television channel Prima TV. During the work on international assignments realised that needed a change in direction and photography was the answer. After relocating in London in 1999 and under the guidance of South African photographer Alex Murphy began exploration into the world of photojournalism. In 2010 joined the team of volunteers in th Czech School Without Borders. Mother to sixteen month old son Alfred.

JANA MARTYKANOVA
Speech therapist
Since graduating with Masters Degree of Special Needs, Speech and Language Therapy and Hearing Impairment in 2006, Jana has worked with preschool and school aged children with a wide variety of communication difficulties. Her aim is to improve children's speech and language skills while keeping therapy fun, motivating and stimulating. She believes in working alongside parents to develop the skills that will enable them to further enhance their child's communication.
Jana has an experience treating children with a range of communication problems, including speech and articulation difficulties, Verbal (Oro-motor) Dyspraxia, language development delay and disorder, Specific Language Difficulties, Social Communication Difficulties arising from ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder), Selective Mutism. She has also attended training in: Parent-Child Interaction (Michael Palin Centre for children who stammer) and Makaton.
